Updates to art, more screenshots!


Not too long after the last post, but we do have some notable updates! 

First things first, due to unexpected complications, we have been slow on gathering the art for the game. However, all that has been sorted out, and now assets will be gathered at a pace befitting the release window. The screenshots attached show some of the new art obtained after this change!


This is the Module relation diagram for our game. We originally planned for a more complex diagram which would allow more inheritance for the enemies, but realized that our enemies don't share many similarities. Much of the code for enemies has to be specific to that entity. Frustrating for planning, but it does help to know we created enemies that are distinct enough from each other.

Lastly, we once again urge you to come out to the Florida Polytechnic University Game Expo on December 3rd! Not only will you be able to play tons of games by aspiring game developers all for free, but there will also be food trucks! After playing all the games, you can vote on what your favorite was both in-person and on the itchio page for the expo. Make sure to be there on December 3rd at 10AM in the IST building!
